*Videographers will need 1-hr for setup immediately prior to the ceremony. This (1) hour is included as part of all hourly packages. They cannot film during setup, so please avoid scheduling any events you want filmed during this time.
*If your package includes multiple locations, the distance must be within 5-mile radius. A travel fee of $1.50 per mile will be added for locations beyond 5-mile radius.
*All events outside 10-mile radius of our office will require travel fee of $1.50 per mile to compensate our videographers.
*Assistants may be used for some events. They only stay 1-3 hours for the ceremony (only) and will not require a vendor meal.
*Drone coverage must be cleared by your venue first. Please inquire with your venue about their drone policy.
