Please Note: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services if a videography team is not available on the requested date. In such cases, we will notify you ASAP and provide alternative options or a full refund. All events are officially booked once a contract has been signed and the retainer is received. By proceeding with booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We will reach out to you shortly with the contract information we need. We are excited to be working with you!
* They will require 1-hr for setup immediately prior to the ceremony, and cannot film outside events during this time. E.g: If your ceremony is at 4pm, they'll need to setup between 3pm-4pm.
* Venues outside the 10-mile radius of our office will require travel fee of $1.50 per mile. This cost will be added to your final balance.
* Drone coverage must be cleared by your venue first. Please inquire with your venue about their drone policy.
